ALUCOBOND is the original aluminum composite material (ACM) used in the architectural and building cladding industries. ALUCOBOND is manufactured in Benton, Kentucky, in a continuous lamination process and is available as a 4mm aluminum composite panel or as a flat .040” flat aluminum sheet, offered in a range of stocked sizes and finishes.

Reynobond®
General Information
Alcoa Architectural Products is a business unit of Alcoa, the aluminum world leader. AAP operates two manufacturing facilities in Eastman, Georgia, USA, and Merxheim, France.
In 1989, the Eastman facility inaugurated the Reynobond brand Aluminum Composite Material production line and produced Reynolux metal wall panels, flat sheet, and coil.
Reynobond is a composite panel consisting of an extruded thermoplastic compound core that’s fusion-bonded between two sheets of coil-coated aluminum, brushed aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, titanium, or copper. The result is a highly corrosion-resistant, rigid-yet-flexible material that weighs 3.4 times less than steel and 1.6 times less than pure aluminum.
Reynobond is exceptionally flat, daringly formable, surprisingly light, and distinctively colorful. It integrates easily with the curtain wall provided by most manufacturers, creating a seamless look for façades. And its extreme formability makes it ideal for curves and unique design accents.

ALPOLIC is a part of Mitsubishi Plastic’s family and one of the world’s leading aluminum and metal composite materials manufacturers. Their state-of-the-art facility in Chesapeake, VA, started production in 1991. Alpolic’s line of products features standard ACM panels, fire retardant panels with polyethylene or mineral-filled cores, as well as high yield and tensile strength cladding. Alpolic boasts the widest selection of colors, textures, finishes, and the most extensive inventory of finished products in the industry.

With over 20 years of experience, more than 100 projects, and 50+ finishes, Alfrex globally manufactures architectural metal wall cladding from its headquarters in Buford, Georgia. Being the only domestic MCM manufacturer, with a complimentary line of 3mm (nominal ⅛”) thick pre-finished aluminum plate, this manufacturer has over 3 million square feet of wall cladding installed in just North America.
